Here’s how you can begin experiencing our process for yourself:
1. If you have a specific case in mind, we are ready to discuss it with you and think strategically about the best approach. Visit our Contact Us page or send an email to nb@ilbcorp.com. A dedicated case manager will be assigned to you as your main point of contact, and is committed to your success.
2. If you have an application, you can send it directly to your case manager or to our New Business Team via e-mail at nb@ilbcorp.com or via fax at 908-665-9414. Please make sure to include all of your relevant contact information.
3. Our Contracting and Licensing Department will then contact you about getting contracted with the carrier. We have a dedicated contact for licensing and contracting to answer any questions you may have and walk you through the process.
If you are currently working with another brokerage general agency (BGA), you should be aware that most carriers do allow dual appointments and will NOT notify your current BGA. If they don’t allow dual appointments, we will let you know immediately.
4. Your case manager will call you to schedule online training to introduce you to all of the tools and resources at your disposal.
